Q: How long does this program run?
A: This promotion runs from 12/30/16 to 1/31/17. The picture of your receipt must be submitted by 2/15/17 at 11:59 pm PST. If you are mailing in your receipt, your request must be postmarked by 2/07/2017. The eMovie Cash PIN code must be entered online by 3/15/17 at 11:59 pm PST to get your eMovie Cash certificate. The eMovie Cash certificate must be used at any participating theater by 4/30/17.

Q: What happens if I lose my original receipt? Can I use a copied receipt?
A: No copies or facsimiles will be accepted.

Q: Where do I mail my qualifying receipt for this program?

Q: How can I redeem the offer?

You can participate in the program via any of the following mechanisms:

Q: How many times can I qualify for the offer?
A: Limit of two (2) valid submissions per phone number or email address.

Q: How are multiple submissions of the same receipt handled?
A: Multiple submissions of the same receipt will not be accepted. If multiple submissions of the same receipt are sent in for validation, you will receive a bounce-back message indicating that the receipt is not valid and your receipt will not be validated.


PHOTO QUESTIONS:

Q: Can multiple receipts be photographed for redemption at the same time?
A: No, qualifying purchases must be made in one transaction. Each photo can only contain one receipt.

Q: What part of the qualifying receipt should be photographed for redemption?
A: You will need to take a photo of your entire receipt. Here are some tips on taking a good picture: 1. VERY IMPORTANT: Include the following in the picture of your receipt: i. Retailers’ name/logo ii. P&G products purchased and corresponding price for each (ensure total is greater than $30) iii. Date and time iv. Total amount purchased 2. Flatten the receipt and place it on a dark, non-reflective surface 3. Be sure there is enough light, that the entire receipt is in the frame, and no shadows or wrinkles appear 4. Hold the camera steady and ensure that the receipt is in focus 5. Review the image quality before submitting. If the image is clear to you, chances are it will be clear to us. Be sure it is a .jpg file no larger than 2MB in size. 6. If receipt is too long, please fold the receipt so that the P&G products are clearly visible, with the retailers’ name/logo, P&G products purchased and corresponding price for each, date and time, and total amount purchased.

Q: Do I get one chance to try the validation?
A: You will be given two tries before you are locked out or are given a message stating that you must use the mail-in offer form.

Q: Will I be told why a picture failed?
A: You will be given a reason why your receipt may not have been able to be read through the digital receipt verification.

Q: What do I do if the program does not recognize my receipt, even if it has never been redeemed before?
A: If the receipt is not recognized by the system, the system will send you a message to mail in your cash register receipt and mail-in form to a physical address.

Q: How will receipts be validated?
A: A system will capture and digitize your receipt to validate that you have purchased $30 or more of the promoted P&G products.

Q: How long is the turnaround to get the ‘success’ or ‘failed’ message?
A: Processing times vary and are dependent on mobile device connectivity, Internet speeds and other factors. Typical processing times usually range from 7 to 10 minutes. There are instances when processing times will and can exceed 10 minutes.


eMOVIE CASH CERTIFICATE QUESTIONS:

Q: How do I use my eMovie Cash certificate?
A: Print your eMovie Cash certificate and use it at any participating theater. To locate a participating theater, go to www.emoviecash.com/locator.

If you are unable to immediately print, you can still print from your confirmation email for up to 7 days. After 7 days, you will no longer be able to print your eMovie Cash certificate. eMovie Cash certificates can be used for $13.00 toward box office admission to specified film. Please present your eMovie Cash certificate at a participating theater. Your eMovie Cash certificate is not valid with any other offer; no cash will be provided as change. eMovie Cash is not redeemable for cash, and is only valid in the United States. Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or expired. Terms and Conditions are available at movieticketreward.com.

Q: Can eMovie Cash certificates be used for ‘no pass/no coupon’ showings?
A: Yes, you may use your eMovie Cash certificate for any showing of any specified movie.

Q: What happens if my admission is more than $13.00?
A: If your ticket price is more than $13.00, you will be responsible for paying the difference at the box office.

Q: What happens if my admission is less than $13.00?
A: No cash is provided as change.

Q: Which theaters will accept my eMovie Cash certificate?
A: For a list of participating theaters, log on to www.emoviecash.com/locator

Q: What should I do if a participating eMovie Cash theater does not accept my eMovie Cash certificate?
A: As long as the eMovie Cash certificate is not expired, you may click here to contact Customer Service. Tell us which theater it was and we will contact that theater and let you know when you may return to use your eMovie Cash certificate.

Q: I have a theater in my area, but they don't accept my eMovie Cash certificate. What can I do?
A: Please click here to contact Customer Service. Tell us which theater it is and we will contact them and try to sign them up to accept eMovie Cash certificates.

Q: There are no participating theaters in my area. What can I do?
A: If you do not have a participating theater within 30 miles, please click here to contact Customer Service.

Q: What can I do if I lose my eMovie Cash certificate or need to reprint it?
A: You will receive a confirmation email, which includes a link to your eMovie Cash certificate. This link will expire within 7 days. All eMovie Cash certificates not printed within 7 days will be considered lost and cannot be replaced or refunded. Lost, misplaced, damaged, or expired eMovie Cash certificates will not be replaced or refunded.

Q: My eMovie Cash certificate has expired. Can I get a replacement?
A: Your eMovie Cash certificate must be redeemed before the redemption expiration of 4/30/17. Expired eMovie Cash certificates may not be replaced.

Q: Can I make copies of my eMovie Cash certificate?
A: No mechanically reproduced, forged, or altered official eMovie Cash certificates will be accepted. Fraudulent submission could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud statutes.

Q: I do not have access to a printer. How can I print out my eMovie Cash certificate?
A: A confirmation email will be sent to you, allowing you to print your certificate for up to 7 days. During this time you are able to forward your email to an account or person with access to a printer. Your certificate will not be available after 7 days.

Q: The theater is asking for my address and ZIP code to enter into their POS terminal. What do I tell them?
A: The theater should enter the address and ZIP code printed on your eMovie cash certificate.

Q: I have a question or complaint about a movie theater.
A: eMovie Cash operates independently from the theaters. If you have a specific question regarding your local theater, i.e., available theater amenities, certificate category, age policies, or when a particular movie will be coming to your local theater, you must contact the theater directly.
